Following direction, with attention to detail and acurate interpretation of intent, became second nature. ​   Those good habits serve me well today, not only as a performer, but as a parent, a partner, a friend, a teacher, and throughout so many other aspects of my well-traveled and unusual life.    After being diagnosed with service related PTSD, my time working with F14 Tomcats in the world’s greatest Navy came to an abrupt end. Life for me became about finding a new path forward through dark and unfamiliar circumstances. I explored every possible option and direction, experiencing unique and unexpected successes coupled with epic failures along each step of the way. However, I managed to stay true to the core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment, which unlimately lead me to seek out and find the treatments and medications I needed, in order to achieve success in spite of my circumstances and challenges. Those years of growth, learning, and experience brought me a wealth of wide ranging knowledge and understanding that far exceeds that of most other voice over talents.    Empathy and understanding are the greatest resources that any voice over talent can possess. Having the best voice in the world is worthless if the words on the page don’t mean anything to you.     My unique talent and experience allow me to fully appreciate the words and phrases of a script in ways that no other voice over artist can.
